Nichole Kotsur is the National Vice President of Public Safety for CORE Construction. In her role, she is responsible for all Municipal Sector Client Relationships and advancing industry leading building client solutions. CORE is a 85+ year old national construction firm, with over 1,500 employees, 25 offices, and specializes in the public sector. Under Nichole’s leadership, CORE has become the second largest Public Safety builder in the nation.
Nichole created the CleanPSB program, a vitally important initiative to improve the quality of life for first responders through improved facility design and construction. This effort has grown to include a large number of agencies, design firms, and subcontractors. CORE has built over $1B in Municipal Projects and each project includes this vigorous process that ensures the highest standards to enhance the physical and emotional health of the clients that reside within the buildings.
Nichole has a BA from Northern Arizona University, resides in Mesa, AZ, and is an active volunteer in a number of organizations. She is passionate about public service.
