Jeff McElravy, a graduate of Penn State University, after 20 years in architecture, joined Tecton Architects on 2006 and cultivated a Public Safety studio and completed emergency response facilities throughout the Northeast. Jeff’s perspective is strengthened by his long-standing membership with the International Association of Chiefs of Police. He is an established member of IACP’s Community Policing Committee and an advisor to the Policing Leadership Group, which works with police agencies and local governments to advance partnership with their communities.
