Dave Parker joined Harris County Emergency Services District No. 24/Aldine Fire & Rescue in 2018. Chief Parker had previously served 32 years with The Woodlands (TX) Fire Department. Along with his duties as a fire chief, Dave is a commissioner with a neighboring emergency services district. Dave holds a master’s degree in emergency services management, and the designations of certified fire executive and fire service chief executive officer with the State of Texas.
