Dr. Wilmoth is Emergency Manager for the City of Anaheim. With over 15 years in the field of emergency management, Wilmoth has gained extensive experience in special event planning and operations, training and exercise programs, and emergency plan writing. Highlights include planning and operations for the 2008 and 2015 Super Bowls and serving as Planning Section Chief for the year-long EOC activation in response to COVID-19. She has a Master’s in Public Health focusing on Disaster Management and a Ph.D. in Business Administration focused on Homeland Security.
