Description

Go beyond design and what the facility may look like at the Grand Opening, take a deeper dive into the cost, time, and other resources required for facility maintenance over time if crucial considerations are not made during the design phase, including availability/cost of replacement fixtures, equipment, and materials, as well as durability and practicality of the design for daily use and upkeep by firefighters. Support data and anecdotal information collected from a survey of fire department personnel across the country will also be presented.
