Providing a safe environment that’s equitable and inclusive to all attracts a larger talent pool to the public safety profession. During this session, Mike Scott will be joined by an RRM colleague where they will discuss a variety of design strategies to achieve more inclusive stations from bunk room layouts to locker spaces and even common spaces. The duo will discuss how one size DOESN’T fit all when it comes to providing equity and safety for all regardless of gender, sexual orientation, culture, race, or religion.
