Tim Bement is a principal owner of App Architecture and has over 25 years-experience in designing Fire/EMS facilities. Tim has served on the Board of Zoning Appeals for the City of Dayton, Ohio since 2015 and has rendered decisions on nearly 300 cases and counting. Tim has led the Public Safety Facility design division of App Architecture for the last 10 years. He earned a professional bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of Cincinnati and is a member of the American Institute of Architects. He is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) accredited professional and holds an NCARB certificate.
