Tim Bement is one of the principal owners of App Architecture and has been designing Fire/EMS facilities since 1996. He has led the First Responder Facility Design Division of his company for the last 15 years. Throughout Tim’s career, he has designed or acted as Principal-in-Charge for over 45 significant projects including fire/EMS and police facilities. Tim has served on the Board of Zoning Appeals for the City of Dayton, OH, since 2015 and has rendered decisions on over 300 cases and counting. He earned a bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of Cincinnati and is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA). He is a LEED accredited professional and holds an NCARB certificate.
