Chad Edwards, architect and sustainability expert for emersion DESIGN, has completed 10 Net-Zero Energy projects, including some of the Midwest’s most sustainable, including an office and manufacturing plant that uses 16% less energy than the average vacant building, one of the first NZE Historic Renovations, and the world’s first LEED Platinum/ NZE Police Station. Chad has presented in national and international symposia and been invited to speak to the US House and Senate on sustainability.
