Katie Atwater, Project Manager/Senior Associate, FGM Architects, brings over 12 years of experience in the design of public safety facilities. Her ability to listen and actively engage the client has allowed her to successfully collaborate on the design of award-winning facilities that enhance the health, safety and well-being of their occupants. With degrees in architecture from Washington University in St. Louis and Columbia University, her experience and education support her interest in sustainable design and responsible architecture. When not designing fire stations, Katie can be found watching the 2018 Stanley Cup Champion Washington Capitals or the 2019 World Champion Washington Nationals.
