Paul Michell is a partner and the Law Enforcement Practice leader with BKV Group. As a licensed architect with more than 25 years of experience, Paul has developed nationally recognized expertise in law enforcement facility planning and design, completing well over sixty new facilities, and programming and master planning for dozens more. As a leader of the firm’s government practice, Paul brings a service-minded approach and is passionate about community and local government projects. He understands the sensitive nature of government decision making and delivering operationally efficient and well-designed facilities for his clients. In addition to his expertise in police facilities, Paul also has completed numerous fire stations, public safety training facilities, city halls and justice projects.
