Cody Allarte is the Assistant Emergency Manager for the City of Anaheim. Prior to working in emergency management, Allarte worked for the City of Anaheim’s Public Works Department where he managed facilities, tenant improvements, and capital projects. With extensive experience in logistics and operations, he is now responsible for the operational needs and readiness of the Emergency Operations Center (EOC), including serving as the project manager for the relocation of the City’s EOC. Allarte is an Associate Emergency Manager through the International Association of Emergency Managers and Facility Management Professional from the International Facility Managers Association. He has a Bachelor’s of Arts in Business Administration & Organizational Leadership and Development from Whittier College.
