Dr. Jannine Wilmoth is emergency manager for the City of Anaheim, CA. With over 20 years in the field of emergency management, Jannine has gained extensive experience in special event planning and operations, community education and outreach, emergency plan writing, and training and exercise programs. Her body of work includes planning and operations for the 2008 and 2015 Super Bowls and serving as a subject matter expert in planning and operations for both the H1N1 and COVID-19 pandemics. She is a Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) through the International Association of Emergency Managers and a California Professional Emergency Manager. Jannine has a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Lewis University, IL, a master’s in public health focusing on disaster management from Benedictine University, IL, and earned a Ph.D. in business administration focused on homeland security from Northcentral University, CA.
