With almost a quarter century of experience at RRM, focused on designing public safety facilities, Mike has spent his career serving fire departments of the Western U.S. to help them assess, upgrade and acquire facilities to make their departments safe and prepared. Mike leads RRM's dedicated public safety studio team to design fire stations that not only provide facilities with rapid response to the apparatus but also provide firefighters a safe and healthy place to call home. Mike innovates training solutions that provide the maximum variety of scenarios with each training structure. Mike enjoys providing both fire station and training facility expertise from concept layout to specific details and has assisted many departments with fire facility standardization plans and reports.
