Roger LeBoeuf is a Professional Engineer (licensed in 37 states) who specializes in planning and designing public safety training centers. He brings experience from over 850 training center projects in 37 states, Canada, Egypt, and Japan. This includes feasibility studies, business and master planning, designs of more than 170 new burn buildings and fire/police training towers, over 650 evaluations of 225 existing live fire training structures, and planning/designing classroom/administration buildings, tactical villages, EVOCs, and technical rescue props. Project budgets have ranged from $500k to $140M. For 25 years, Roger has served on two NFPA Technical Committees, helping write NFPA 1402, "Standard on Facilities for Fire Training and Associated Props", and 1403, "Standard on Facilities for Fire Training and Associated Props". Roger is the President of Elliott, LeBoeuf & McElwain, P.C.
