Todd Costa specializes in the programming, planning and design of public safety and municipal facilities. Todd’s expertise is the unique needs of police, EMS fire and dispatch operations. He utilizes this knowledge and his wide range of project experience to collaborate with clients to design state-of-the-art public safety facilities that maximize use of space so the departments can function at optimal efficiency and effectiveness. Todd is a member of the Massachusetts Chiefs of Police Association and the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP). In addition, Todd is an active member of the IACP’s Communications & Technology Committee where he serves as a subject matter expert for the IACP leadership and staff.
