Todd Costa specializes in the programming, planning and design of public safety and municipal facilities. Todd’s expertise is his knowledge of the unique needs of police, EMS, fire and dispatch operations. He utilizes this knowledge and his wide range of project experience to collaborate with our clients to design state-of-the-art public safety facilities that maximize use of space so the departments can function at optimal efficiency and effectiveness. This allows public safety personnel to provide the highest level of safety and protection to the communities they serve. Todd is a member of the Massachusetts Chiefs of Police Association and the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP). In addition, Todd is an active member of the IACP’s Communications & Technology Committee where he serves as a subject matter expert from whom the IACP leadership and staff can draw advice, strategic insights, and technical expertise.
