Jon Hanson’s father, Jim Hanson, was one of the pioneers of the earliest fire training technology, beginning in 1979. Jon began his career in live fire training systems with Kidde Fire Trainers in 2005. In his tenure there, he ran sales and marketing for the Americas and China, project managed several high-profile installations, and invented numerous products. In 2013, Jon began consulting for Fireblast Global, Inc. He ran the company’s global sales and marketing, leading to significant geographic and product line expansion.
Jon is a certified fire fighter in New Jersey. He holds a bachelor’s degree in management science and a Master of Science in Project Management (MSPM) from Boston University. He has an advanced Graduate Certificate in Training and Development.
