Luke Wilson, SE, is a Principal at ZFA with nearly 20 years of experience in structural engineering, project management, and resilient design, specializing in essential services facilities throughout California. His expertise includes structural concept development, evaluation of existing structures, rehabilitation, seismic retrofit, and design-build delivery for new buildings.
A former volunteer firefighter of nine years and six seasons with CAL FIRE, including Helitack, Luke brings firsthand emergency response experience to the design of essential facilities. His work is grounded in practicality, functionality, and resilience for the communities these buildings serve. He has also supported post-disaster safety evaluations after the 2014 Napa earthquake and led ZFA’s response to the 2017 Sonoma County Firestorm.
