Matt Gorman is the managing principal of Arrington Watkins Architects and a nationally recognized leader in the planning and design of essential services facilities. With more than 30 years of experience in architecture, facilities management and mechanical design, Matt brings a uniquely comprehensive understanding of complex building systems and public safety facility requirements. Matt has led major projects across the United States, including work for federal agencies, state governments and private sector clients. His portfolio includes federal and private correctional facilities, U.S. Border Patrol stations and mission-critical public safety projects. Based in Arizona, Matt is widely regarded for his expertise in the programming and design of police, fire, emergency operations and justice facilities. Matt holds both a Bachelor of Architecture and a Master of Architecture from Arizona State University.
