Dennis is an architect and co-founder of Pacheco Ross Architects and now part of the H2M family. Dennis is NCARB certified; a member of the American Institute of Architects, NFPA, the International Code Council, is licensed in 14 states and an honorary member of the Kingston Fire Department. He has over 40 years of focused experience and expertise in public forums, project management, land use, budgeting, and solutions to difficult problems has enabled him to knowledgeably write and speak on a variety of station design issues.
