Station Design Conference Postpones Event to 2021 and Introduces a Virtual Experience

Endeavor Business Media and the Station Design Conference team have closely monitored the developments around the COVID-19 pandemic with the highest intention of protecting the health and safety of its attendees, instructors, exhibitors, sponsors and employees. In these efforts to host a safe and productive event, we have moved the Station Design Conference to May 10-13, 2021 in Rosemont, IL.

To assist registered 2020 Station Design Conference attendees currently designing or building new stations, as well as other fire and law enforcement departments contemplating new facilities, we are introducing Station Design Direct.

Station Design Direct will feature a curriculum of content presented in an interactive format. Sessions will provide targeted programs, led by specialists and end users in the field of fire, law enforcement and public safety design. Q&A opportunities will allow for information exchange and idea sharing.

"The timing of Illinois’ recovery plan, CDC guidelines, and close discussions with local officials and partners has prompted our decision to move the Station Design Conference to May 2021. In the interim, we are committed to providing timely information on planning and building by introducing a virtual platform. We are excited to announce the launch of Station Design Direct, a new virtual experience designed to educate, inspire and connect the fire and law enforcement communities with experts involved in the designing and construction of stations and public safety facilities.”

While we look forward to our in-person Station Design Conference to be held May 10-13, 2021 in Rosemount, IL, we are confident that Station Design Direct will provide a meaningful and productive way for fire and law enforcement to receive the timely and innovative information, in the interim, to help design and build the best facility for their citizens and their personnel.
