The proper training for first responders is vitally important. It enables them to respond more efficiently, effectively, and safely. Funding and appropriate sites for separate training facilities, however, can be hard to come by and easily cut from budgets. Designing facilities that allow for integration of training within the station or providing rooms on-site for future training opportunities can alleviate the burden of added funding for separate training facilities. This presentation will explore how opportunities for training can be integrated into Public Safety and Law Enforcement operations facilities.
