Matt Salad is an associate and project manager with Tecton Architects in Hartford, CT. As a member of Tecton’s public safety design studio for the past decade, Matt has contributed to more than 50 police, fire, emergency services and training facilities. This includes serving as the project manager for the newly opened Lexington Police Headquarters, MA, and the Shrewsbury Police Station, MA, recipient of the 2024 Law Enforcement Facilities II Silver Officer Station Design Award. Matt is a registered architect in Connecticut and holds a Massachusetts Certified Public Purchasing Official designation.
