The tentative Conference Program is live on the site and room locations are listed. 

Speakers should be in the room where they are scheduled to speak at least 30 minutes before their session start time.  Please bring your PPT on a flash drive (even if you have sent your final presentation) and make sure that your final draft is loaded on the laptop at the podium. There will be an AV tech on hand to assist and a Station Design Conference partner to introduce you.

Yes. 

We request that you use the available SDC template found in the Speaker Toolkit for your opening and closing slides. 

The presentation supplied by the May 16, 2025 deadline should be downloaded to the laptop in the room. However, as a back-up or if there's an updated version of the presentation, speakers should bring their presentation on a flash drive. An AV tech or Show Management will be able to assist with loading the presentation on the desktop. A slide advancer/laser pointer will be provided, however feel free to bring your own.

Screen, projector, podium, microphone or lavalier, slide advancer/laser pointer and a laptop computer. Plan to prepare your presentation in 16:9 format (HD).

Attendees will have electronic access to your presentation via a password protected webpage that will be available after the show.

All speakers and panelists will be pre-registered. Speakers and panelists receiving complimentary badges can pick up their badges onsite at the registration desk beginning Monday, May 19, 2025.

Your registration will cover the entrance to the exhibit hall, conference sessions, breakfasts, coffee breaks, lunches, networking receptions and tours. 

There is no speaker ready room. Conference Manager Heather Wainio will be located near registration with a separate table for all speaker related items.
