In this workshop we will provide and review a checklist of costs from site preparation through occupancy gleaned from over three dozen stations completed. We’ll include environmental/remediation considerations; temporary facilities; professional fees and permit reviews; administration/management/inspection; furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E); and construction and occupancy. We will discuss cost management, savings strategies, lessons learned, regional differences and cost escalation.
