Dennis is an architect and co-founder of Pacheco Ross Architects and now part of the H2M family. Dennis is NCARB certified; a member of the American Institute of Architects, NFPA, the International Code Council, is licensed in 14 states and an honorary member of the Kingston Fire Department. He has over 40-years of focused experience and expertise in public forums, project management, land use, budgeting, and solutions to difficult problems has enabled him to knowledgeably write and speak on a variety of station design issues.
