This case study underscores the importance of adhering to established protocols, prioritizing corrective action and knowing when and whom to involve in incident resolution. The presentation emphasizes maintaining focus on key issues, managing relationships effectively and utilizing options such as third-party testing to control outcomes and minimize distractions.
